All frames and springs are covered with padding that is 2 inch thick. There are also court supervisors available at all times to ensure everyone remains safe while having a good time.
Dodgeball is one of those games that have been played for decades. While it can be a little brutal, when you play it at Sky High it is much different. You can take part in an organized game that allows you to enjoy some old school fun. There are always dodgeball games going on so bring some of your friends and join in the fun. There are even dodgeball tournaments for the dedicated dodgeball players.

There is plenty to do for adults including the popular AIRobic classes. If you are looking to get in a great exercise, the AIRobics is a 50 minute class that allows you to burn up to 1,000 calories in one session. This takes working out to a whole new level. You will experience exercises that can only be done using a trampoline. Because the trampolines are specially designed, it is safe and effective. This is one of the best cardio classes you will ever join in on and is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to 7pm.
